2. Eligibility, Products & Pricing
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to order, confirming your details are accurate.
- Products: Descriptions are handled with care, though images are illustrative and stock is subject to availability.
- Prices & Payment: Prices are in GBP (£). No VAT is charged as we are not VAT registered. Payment is required at checkout.
3. Orders, Delivery & Cancellations
- Orders: A contract is formed upon dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
- Delivery: Delivery times are estimates, and risk passes upon delivery to your provided address.
- Cancellations: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to notify us to cancel. Unused goods in original packaging must be returned within 14 days at your cost (unless faulty). Exceptions apply to hygiene-sensitive or unsealed cosmetics.
4. Statutory Rights & Governance
