📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Dispatch Timeline: All items that are in stock are processed and ready for dispatch within 48 hours(excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been carefully packaged and shipped out from our facility in Manchester, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship across the United Kingdom. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order.
  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Charges: All delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on weight and destination and are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

📍 Delivery Addresses & Courier Responsibility
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Transfer of Risk: In accordance with our Terms of Service, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the package is successfully delivered to the shipping address you supplied.
  • Delays Outside Our Control: While we partner with reliable UK couriers, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected transit delays caused by extreme weather, postal strikes, or peak seasonal volumes.
